Police scrambled to Harlesden at around 7.45pm on Friday to reports of a shooting. A man in his 40s was found inside a home in Nicoll Road with gunshot injuries, a spokesman for Scotland Yard said. He was rushed to hospital in a life-threatening condition. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
